Music

Music is one of the primary ways congregations enter God's presence, worship and glorify Him, and share the Good News with others. At Central, we have a variety of ways for individuals to share their musical gifts in leading the people in worship. 

  • SANCTUARY CHOIR

    The Sanctuary Choir, under the expert guidance of director, Timothy Wise, is open to all persons in the sixth grade and above. The primary purpose of the choir is to lead the music at the 10:55 worship service each Sunday morning. It also presents seasonal music programs at Easter, Christmas, and other special events. The Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. For more information contact Tim Wise or Bob Peden.

  • Praise Band

    The Praise Band leads worship and presents special music for the 8:30 worship service each Sunday morning. The Praise Band is open to all interested singers and players. They rehearse each Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. For more information, contact Bob Peden.

  • CONNECT Band

    The CONNECT Band leads worship and presents special music for the 9:45 a.m CONNECT service each Sunday morning. The group rehearses each Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. Contact Bob Peden for more information.

  • Carillon Hanbell Choir

    This group rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the music suite.  They will perform from time to time in worship. Contact Tim Wise for more information.
