(A current background check is required for ALL volunteers over the age of 18. 

If  you were a volunteer last year, your background check is good for 2026 Night to Shine, 

but you need to re-register. If you have turned 18 since last year, you will need to submit a background check)

for volunteers over the age of 18

VOLUNTEER PERMISSION FORM

(If you are under the age of 18, this from must be signed by a parent/guardian.)

  (Volunteers under the age of 18 do not require a background check.)
