The Central Call for June is complete on this page. (scroll down for all the news.)
Our time together will consist of:
30 minutes - Fellowship
30 minutes - Tactical Teaching
30 minutes - IronMaker's Testimony
Our speaker will be Brian Anderson, a former MSU Lineman. He currently coaches at Brandon High School. Brian will tell his story of how he found his purpose and how God is active in his life as a coach to high school football players.
We encourage all men to come hear the tactical teaching about PURPOSE by John Branning and to be ENCOURAGED by Brian Anderson, our IronMaker.
Join with the pastors and staff to learn more about Central, what it means to be a Christian, a Methodist and a member of the Central Community. You will learn about Methodist history and beliefs and about the many places you and your family can become involved in Central. You will also have the opportunity to join Central.
We will meet in the Wesley Room on the 2nd floor near the crossing. There will be signs and someone to direct you.

The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines worship as, "extravagant respect or admiration for or devotion to an object of esteem." As Christians, that object of esteem is the triune God. And as monotheists, we believe that nothing else should take the place of that object of esteem. We live into our belief about worship in three primary ways:
1) We join at least weekly in gatherings of Christians to sing and pray and hear the Word of God being read, spoken, and visualized.
2) We spend time alone or in small gatherings with God in order to share our deepest desires and concerns with God and to hear what our object of esteem has to say to us as individuals.
3) We give glory and worship to God throughout the day in everything we do. We allow nothing else to take the place of esteem and that belongs to God in everything we do each moment of each day.
You are encouraged to attend to the worship of God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - in all of these ways.
